Arve Solheim Fossen currently serves as Lokalitetsansvarlig at Nova Sea AS since July 2019. Prior experience includes a role as an Utplassert student at Mowi for a brief period in late 2018 and work as a pleieassistent at Meløy kommune from August 2014 to January 2017, where responsibilities included temporary positions during holidays. Additionally, Arve served as a Menig in the Kystvakten with the Norwegian Armed Forces from January 2015 to January 2016. Earlier employment includes a position as Ekstrahjelp at XL-BYGG AB from June 2011 to July 2014 while attending high school. Arve holds a Bachelor's degree in Fiskeri- og Havbruksvitenskap from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, earned between 2016 and 2019.

Nova Sea AS
Nova Sea AS is one of the largest salmon farming companies in Northern Norway. The administration and industrial facilities are situated at the island of Lovund in the Municipality of Lurøy. All harvest and packing is accommodated here prior to distribution into our domestic and international markets. The founders of Nova Sea were amongst the pioneers in the farming of Atlantic Salmon in the early 1970s. There was a good deal of trials and mistakes in the beginning of what became a long and exciting fairy-tale. The will to try out innovative solutions and carry out numerous of experiments has through 50 years developed Nova Sea into the company it is today.
