Brynjulf Kristensen possesses over a decade of experience in quality assurance and laboratory analysis within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Kvalitetskoordinator at Nova Sea AS since July 2015, Brynjulf has expertise in managing quality-related projects, validating equipment, and developing training procedures. Prior experience includes roles as a Laboratory Analyst and Laborant at Coca-Cola Enterprises Norway, where responsibilities encompassed performing microbiological, chemical, and sensory analyses, as well as ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Brynjulf holds a Master of Food Safety from the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science and a Bachelor in Biology from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway.

Nova Sea AS
Nova Sea AS is one of the largest salmon farming companies in Northern Norway. The administration and industrial facilities are situated at the island of Lovund in the Municipality of Lurøy. All harvest and packing is accommodated here prior to distribution into our domestic and international markets. The founders of Nova Sea were amongst the pioneers in the farming of Atlantic Salmon in the early 1970s. There was a good deal of trials and mistakes in the beginning of what became a long and exciting fairy-tale. The will to try out innovative solutions and carry out numerous of experiments has through 50 years developed Nova Sea into the company it is today.
