Javier Rosello Rodriguez has extensive experience in the commercial and industrial sectors. Since October 2018, Javier has been part of the sales team at Nova Sea AS, a Norwegian salmon producer located on Lovund Island. Previously, Javier served as Industrial Manager and Assistant to the Management at UBAGO GROUP MARE from September 2004 to April 2016, where responsibilities included coordinating various projects. Earlier in Javier's career, from September 1998 to September 2004, control of production was managed at Vensy España, focusing on budget preparation, cost analysis, and reporting to industrial management. Javier holds a Licenciatura in Business Administration from Universidad de Málaga and completed a specialized management program in food sector business administration at San Telmo Business School.

Nova Sea AS
Nova Sea AS is one of the largest salmon farming companies in Northern Norway. The administration and industrial facilities are situated at the island of Lovund in the Municipality of Lurøy. All harvest and packing is accommodated here prior to distribution into our domestic and international markets. The founders of Nova Sea were amongst the pioneers in the farming of Atlantic Salmon in the early 1970s. There was a good deal of trials and mistakes in the beginning of what became a long and exciting fairy-tale. The will to try out innovative solutions and carry out numerous of experiments has through 50 years developed Nova Sea into the company it is today.
