Kim-Willy Kildal currently serves as Styreleder at Kildal Mekaniske Verksted As since March 2021. Previous experience includes a role as Produksjonstekniker at EWOS from 2011 to October 2014, where Kildal was involved in the production of fish feed for salmon and trout, and a brief tenure as Produksjonsmedarbeider at REC in mid-2011, working on the production of silicon wafers. Kim-Willy Kildal completed a degree in industrial mechanics and maintenance at Meløy Videregående Avd. Glomfjord from 2009 to 2011, following earlier education at Val Videregående Skole from 2007 to 2009.

Nova Sea AS is one of the largest salmon farming companies in Northern Norway. The administration and industrial facilities are situated at the island of Lovund in the Municipality of Lurøy. All harvest and packing is accommodated here prior to distribution into our domestic and international markets. The founders of Nova Sea were amongst the pioneers in the farming of Atlantic Salmon in the early 1970s. There was a good deal of trials and mistakes in the beginning of what became a long and exciting fairy-tale. The will to try out innovative solutions and carry out numerous of experiments has through 50 years developed Nova Sea into the company it is today.
