Eduardo Locatelli

Eduardo Locatelli, MD, MPH, serves as the Physician Executive Director at the NSU Neuroscience Institute, specializing in neurology and research with a focus on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). In this role since March 2022, Locatelli has spearheaded the establishment of a multidisciplinary ALS clinic, achieving designation as an ALS Certified Treatment Center of Excellence within two years. Prior to this, Eduardo held multiple leadership positions at Holy Cross Hospital, including Physician Executive Director of The Phil Smith Neuroscience Institute and Chief Medical Officer during the pandemic. Eduardo's extensive background includes key roles at renowned institutions such as the Cleveland Clinic and the National Institutes of Health, complemented by advanced education, including a Master of Public Health from Nova Southeastern University and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Buenos Aires.
