Susan Collingwood

Susan Collingwood serves as the Assistant Dean for the College of Allopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University since May 2016. Prior to this role, Susan was the Owner of Susan B. Collingwood, Attorney at Law, where legal services were provided to businesses and individuals from October 2014 to February 2017. Susan also held significant positions at the Association of Academic Health Centers as Co-Chair of the General Counsel's Working Group and at the University of Florida as Senior University Counsel for Health Affairs, addressing a wide range of health care issues and managing complex projects. Earlier legal experience includes roles as Associate Attorney at Fisher, Rushmer, Werrenrath, Keiner, Wack and Dickson, PA, and David U Strawn, PA, focusing on commercial and medical litigation. Susan's academic background includes a JD from the University of Florida and a BA in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington.
