Valerie Grapshi

Valerie Grapshi has extensive work experience in healthcare compliance and reimbursement. Valerie started their career as a Reimbursement Specialist at Cleveland Clinic Florida in 1994 and progressed to become a Reimbursement Manager before leaving in 2003. Valerie then joined Nova Southeastern University in 2008 as a Compliance Coordinator and eventually became the Director of Healthcare Compliance Auditing. Recently, Valerie held the position of Chief Health Care Compliance Officer at Nova Southeastern University.

Valerie Grapshi obtained a Paralegal Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from VTI Technical Institute in 1987. Valerie then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University, which they completed in 1990. In 1994, Valerie earned a Bachelor of Health Services Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University. Valerie furthered their education by attaining a Master of Public Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2011. Additionally, Valerie received certifications, including a CPC certification from AAPC in 1997 and a CHC certification from HCCA.
