Amelia Wilson

Amelia Wilson is an experienced People & Culture Business Partner at Nova Systems since September 2017, focusing on coaching and advising senior leaders on people-related issues while ensuring employee-centric operational support. Prior to this role, Amelia served as a Human Resources Business Partner at UXC Eclipse, where responsibilities included collaborating with business leaders in the APAC region and developing HR strategies, along with previous roles as HR Coordinator, Employment Relations Coordinator at St Vincent's Hospital, and Human Resources Officer for the ACT Government. Amelia holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on Organisational Change Management from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Canberra.
