Matt Oliver

Matt Oliver serves as the EMB IWP Deputy Delivery Manager and Project Manager at Nova Systems Australia and New Zealand since February 2022, contributing to the sovereign capability of the Australian Defence Force. Prior experience includes a role as Team Leader and Software Configuration Manager at Northrop Grumman from December 2017 to February 2022, and extensive tenure at Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group from February 2002 to December 2017, where responsibilities included General Manager (Interim), Senior Project Manager, and Principal Avionics Engineer. Matt holds multiple diplomas and a Master's degree in Engineering Management, with qualifications from Frontline Management Institute, Moreland Group, University of Technology Sydney, and the Royal Australian Air Force, specializing in management and aerospace engineering.
