Niki Moorcroft

Niki Moorcroft is a Human Centred Design Lead at Nova Systems, specializing in developing innovative geospatial solutions since February 2022. Previously, Niki held the same title at Geoplex, where the establishment of the internal Human Centred Design capability and team leadership were key responsibilities. Experience also includes consulting at Evolve&Amplify, focusing on customer experience across various sectors, and serving as a User Research Consultant at Cordelta, where strategic insights were derived from user behaviors. Niki's early career involved leadership roles in student organizations and retail management, complemented by a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor of Commerce/Arts from The Australian National University and ongoing studies towards a Master's degree in Design Futures at RMIT University.
