Ashley Berggren

Ashley Berggren SHRM-SCP is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the People Operations Manager at NOVA Technologies since June 2022, after progressing from the role of Senior People Operations Generalist. Prior to this, Ashley held various positions at Sargent Aerospace & Defense, including Human Resources Generalist II and I, where responsibilities encompassed full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and general HR duties. Ashley also gained experience as an Environmental Health & Safety Intern and a Public Health Outreach Intern at the American Heart Association. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona.
