Louis Zinkan

Louis Zinkan is an experienced professional in contract management, currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Contracts at Nova Technologies since May 2016. Prior to this role, Louis held positions as a Senior Contract Manager at VMSI from June 2014 to May 2016, and NORC University of Chicago from 2012 to June 2014. Additionally, Louis worked as a Consultant specializing in U.S. government contracts from 2007 to 2012, and held a long-term position as Director/Deputy Commander at DCMA from 1980 to 2007. Louis Zinkan holds a Master of Science in System Management from National Defense University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Business Management from the University of Wisconsin.
