Victoria Drach

Victoria Drach, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and program management across various sectors. As the Country Director at Nova Ukraine since December 2023, Victoria also serves as the Deputy Managing Director for the organization. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Program Manager Lead at the Charitable Foundation Starenki, where Victoria focused on expanding programs for elderly protection, strategic development, and fundraising initiatives. Additional positions held include Chief Operating Officer at Smart Osvita, Executive Sales Director at Marfa Cabinets, and various managerial roles that involved project and grants management. Victoria holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from MIM-Kyiv Business School and a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Kyiv National Linguistics University.
