Alexia Tefel-Escudero

Alexia Tefel-Escudero is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in operations management, consultancy, and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently a member of Nova Talent since April 2020, Alexia was selected as part of Spain's top 3% talent. A Senior Operations Manager at OVRSEA, Alexia oversees transport operations for Spanish clients. Previous roles include External Consultant at the Enterprise and Humanism Institute, founding member and assistant manager at ThinkTech, and collaborator at Fundación Civismo. Alexia also has a strong background in political and economic studies, holding a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Navarra and currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Film Production at Broward College. Additionally, Alexia has gained valuable internship experience with the Consulate General of Spain in Miami and the World Youth Alliance.
