Cecilie Elisabeth Salskov Andersen

Cecilie Elisabeth Salskov Andersen is an experienced organizational psychologist and learning consultant currently employed at Novo Nordisk since January 2021. With a strong background in management consulting, Cecilie has developed leadership development programs and conducted psychological assessments during tenure at Implement Consulting Group. Cecilie is also a member of the Nova 100 Talent Network, showcasing recognition as a high-achieving professional. Prior roles include organizational psychologist at Copenhagen Business School and various research assistant positions at the University of Copenhagen, where expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods was gained. Academically, Cecilie holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen, complemented by an exchange at UC Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and Health. In addition, Cecilie possesses extensive experience as a professional ski instructor and has completed training in ski instruction and climbing.
