Natalia Molina Calavita

Natalia Molina Calavita is an experienced education and partnership specialist currently serving as an Education Project Specialist for the Girls Go Circular initiative at EIT RawMaterials, where the focus is on expanding the program across over 30 European countries through strategic partnerships aligned with European Commission objectives. Previously, Natalia held the position of Employer Partnership Lead at Generation in Spain, emphasizing the transformation of education into employment systems. At IESE Business School, Natalia worked in Employer Engagement and Business Development, collaborating with companies for talent recruitment. Additional roles include International Admission Manager at World International School - Torino, Accommodation and Welfare Officer at EF Education First, and International Exchange Program Officer at COINED International. Natalia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from Universidad Blas Pascal, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota, and completed a program on Designing Effective Blended e-Learning Programs at IESE Business School.
