Aashna Desai

Aashna Desai is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Digital Infrastructure at Novacap since July 2025. Previously, Aashna held the position of Vice President of Private Equity Impact at Nuveen, where significant contributions included deal sourcing, due diligence, and value creation for a $1 billion growth equity and buyout strategy, with a focus on climate-centered investments across various sectors.
