Alexander Kulesza

Alexander Kulesza is a highly experienced scientific professional currently serving as Principal Scientist and Lead Systems Pharmacology at esqLABS GmbH since January 2024. As a Co-Founder and CTO of CreativeQuantum GmbH since 2010, Alexander specializes in quantum chemistry and computational materials design, focusing on catalysis. Previously, Alexander held key positions at Novadiscovery from August 2017 to December 2023, including Executive Manager and Team Leader for Modeling & Simulation. As a Postdoctoral Researcher at CNRS, Alexander developed modeling strategies that interface theoretical physical chemistry with experimental methods from May 2015 to May 2017. Furthermore, a Research Fellow at the German Research Foundation from June 2014 to May 2015, Alexander contributed to structural exploration methods in protein studies. Alexander holds a Dr. rer. nat. in Theoretical Physics from Freie Universität Berlin and a Diplom in Chemistry from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
