Michael Yurchuk

Michael Yurchuk has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on strategic initiatives and talent management. Michael currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Novae LLC, where they are responsible for transforming the HR organization and implementing performance evaluation, compensation, and benefit strategies. Prior to this, they served as Senior Vice President HR at Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.), where they led the organizational restructure and introduced a company-wide Strategic Deployment process. Michael also held various roles within Schindler, including Vice President Human Resources Field Operations, Director Organization Development, Manager of Learning & Development, and Sales Training Manager. Before joining Schindler, they worked as a Sales Manager at Schindler Elevator Corporation (Canada) and as an Account Manager at SAJO Construction Inc.

Michael Yurchuk holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from Concordia University.
