Mike Kister has a strong background in executive leadership and management roles. Mike most recently served as Vice President of Marketing & Product Management at Novagard Solutions, Inc. Prior to that, they were the President and CEO of Acceleration Systems, an emerging growth company offering cloud-based SD-WAN optimization and bandwidth management. Mike has also held the position of President at Skycasters/VSAT Systems and Vice President & General Manager at Cycle Therapy, Inc., a motorcycle parts manufacturer and distributor. Additionally, they have experience in e-commerce, having served as Vice President of e-Commerce at Barnes Group, Inc and Director of e-Commerce at Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. Mike began their career as the Co-Founder of Multiverse, Inc.
Mike Kister attended Wayne High School from 1985 to 1988. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Bowling Green State University from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry. Continuing their educational journey, Mike pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, attending from 1991 to 1993.
