Currently serving as the Head of Treasury at NOVAL Property since August 2021, Ioannis previously held significant roles at Eurobank, Alpha Bank, Groupe Crédit Agricole, and Millennium Bank, focusing on commercial real estate financing, management of repossessed real estate portfolios, and banking operations. Ioannis has a strong background in structuring and optimizing loan portfolios, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus, a Master of Science in Banking from the Hellenic Open University, and a certificate in Business Consulting from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Noval Property
Noval Property is the second largest Greek REIC, listed on the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX). The investment property portfolio of Noval Property, which comprises 60 properties (1 through a participation in a real estate company) mostly in Greece and selectively in Bulgaria, includes office buildings, shopping centres, hospitality assets and warehouses of total built area of approx. 471.000 sq.m.. The fair value of the investment property and participations portfolio amounted to approx. EUR 609 million as of 30.06.2024.
