Tom Arnold has accumulated extensive experience in human resources and compliance roles within the flooring industry. Currently serving as HR at Novalis® Innovative Flooring since March 2021, Tom previously worked as Compliance and Training Manager at Engineered Floors, LLC from May 2019 to June 2020, and as Human Resources Manager at J+J Flooring Group from August 2016 to May 2019. Tom's career at J+J Flooring Group began in August 2009 as a Trainer, a position held until January 2015, showcasing a solid foundation in training and HR management.
