Miguel Angelo De Facci de Oliveira has an extensive work experience, beginning in 1985 with SAMRIG - Bunge as a Research & Development Supervisor. In 1987, they moved to SINTEF as an Extrusion Technician. In 1991, they began working at Bunge Alimentos - Ceval Alimentos - Santista Alimentos - Sanbra as a Product Manager. In 2000, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Bunge Alimentos. From 2003 to 2009, they worked for The Solae Company, beginning as Vice President New Business Development and eventually becoming Vice President Asia Pacific and Vice President Meat Strategy. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Zymergen as Vice President Innovation Development and at SCiFi Foods as Senior Advisor. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at NOVAMEAT.

Miguel Angelo De Facci de Oliveira's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, which they obtained between 1979 and 1985.
