Donna Flores-Sanchez has a strong background in human resources and safety management. Donna started their career at The Woodbridge Group in 2002, where they held the role of Human Resources/Safety Manager until 2007. Following that, they joined Cardinal Health in 2007 as a Corporate Health & Safety Manager before moving to Novamex in 2008. At Novamex, they initially served as a Corporate Director of Human Resources and later advanced to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer.
Donna Flores-Sanchez completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at UTEP from 1994 to 1999. Donna obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) during this time. In addition, Donna has obtained several certifications, including "Improving Your Conflict Competence," "Strategic Human Resources," and "The 3-Minute Rule: Say Less to Get More" from LinkedIn in November 2022.
