Kobi Vingort

Kobi Vingort is an experienced engineering manager specializing in research and development, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Research and Development Engineering Manager at Nova Measuring Instruments since May 2019, Kobi has driven innovation in real-time metrology and optimized team performance through a collaborative culture. Previous roles include R&D Engineering Manager at Safe-T Data, where Kobi spearheaded a transition to a zero-trust security framework, and R&D Development Leader at Cynet, focusing on alignment of engineering strategy with business goals.
