Sharon Dayan

Sharon Dayan is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Nova Measuring Instruments, having previously worked as an Executive Consultant at their own company before that. Prior to that, Sharon held the title of SVP HR Business Partner at Teva Pharmaceuticals and SVP Global Head of Human Resources at Comverse Network Systems. Sharon also served as VP of Human Resources at Amdocs. Sharon has a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior and is certified in Group dynamics from Tel Aviv University.
