Candace Wright Williams

Candace Wright Williams, MHA, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in guest experience and patient advocacy at Novant Health since May 2016. As Senior Director of Guest Experience, Candace has successfully led the onboarding of new teams to address patient concerns organization-wide, established a team mission centered on the human experience, and developed processes for managing grievances while ensuring regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Vendor Service Contracts Supervisor at Aramark Healthcare, where Candace created training manuals and led audits of vendor contracts, and various positions at Novant Health, including Manager of Guest and Volunteer Services and Patient Relations. Candace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's degree in Health Administration from Pfeiffer University.
