Elizabeth Outten

Elizabeth Outten serves as the Vice President of Public Affairs at Novant Health, with a career in public affairs and government advocacy that spans over a decade. In addition to current responsibilities at Novant Health, Elizabeth is a Commissioner for the North Carolina Domestic Violence Commission, focusing on statewide domestic violence issues. Previous positions include Assistant Director for the North Carolina Bar Association, Regional Liaison for the United States Senate, and various roles in legislative and grassroots advocacy within the State of Alaska and other organizations. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Social and Economic Justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
