Erica Hall

Erica Hall serves as the Supplier Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Novant Health since May 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating resources to connect diverse suppliers and populations with the organization. Prior to this, Erica spent seven years at Cardinal Health, advancing through roles such as Strategic Sourcing Manager, where management of a $900M portfolio and supplier relationship optimization were key, as well as Supervisor of Government Customer Service Operations, overseeing a team to meet service level targets. Erica's experience also encompasses account management for government clients, driving significant business through improved customer experiences. Erica holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
