Leslie Acuna Benton

Leslie Acuna Benton has extensive experience in compensation and human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Compensation & Chief of Staff for People & Culture at Novant Health, a position held since September 2013. Prior roles at Novant Health include Director of Compensation, Compensation Manager, and Sr. Compensation Consultant, as well as serving as Human Resources Chief of Staff and Senior Financial Analyst. Prior to Novant Health, Leslie held the role of Jr. Financial Analyst at Southern Community Bank and Trust (now Capital Bank) from 2008 to 2009. Leslie holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University.
