Meredith Moore

Meredith Moore is a Clinical Services Coordinator III at Novant Health, with extensive experience in pediatric and adolescent medicine. Since July 2011, Meredith has supervised 18 clinical staff members to ensure quality patient care and managed clinical schedules while effectively utilizing EPIC. With a background as an RN at Robinhood Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine, Meredith provided exceptional care in a fast-paced environment and quickly advanced to the role of Nurse Preceptor. Prior roles include service as a Pediatric Float Pool RN and a Peer Tutor at Lenoir-Rhyne University, alongside experience as a Pharmacy Assistant at Yadkin Valley Pharmacy. Meredith holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of Maryland and a BSN from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
