Le Viet Hai Son serves as the Vice Chairman of NOVAON since July 2017, bringing extensive leadership experience from previous roles, including General Director of Novaon Digital at Vingroup JSC from January 2015 to June 2017. Prior to that, Le Viet Hai Son held various positions at Mercedes-Benz An Du, such as Project Director and Dealer Director of Operations, from November 2010 to December 2014. Additional experience includes roles at Gami Franchise Holdings Company and AVIS Vietnam, where responsibilities included Branch General Manager and General Director. Early in professional development, Le Viet Hai Son worked at Gami Group as Assistant to the Chairman and began as a Management Trainee at Maersk Group. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in External Economics from Foreign Trade University, completed in 2006.
