Erika Andersson

Erika Andersson is the Co-founder & CEO at Novare Pay Consulting, an advisory firm specializing in pay and incentives. Prior to this, Erika worked as a Consultant at Aon Hewitt/McLagan and Project Manager at Aon Hewitt. Erika has a post-graduate degree in Business/Management/Economics from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stockholm University, where Erika also earned a Master's degree in Business Administration. Erika has a strong background in human capital advisory and project management within the field of pay and incentives.
