William Emmanuel Yu

William Emmanuel Yu is the current Chief Technology Officer at Novare Technologies. William has previous experience working as a Consultant for Strategic Business Development at Smart Communications and as the Senior Vice President for Technology / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Novare Technologies. William has a wealth of knowledge in mobile technology and has participated in various industry groups such as the GSMA, OMTP, and the WiMAX Forum. William is also involved in various standardization efforts within these groups.

William Emmanuel Yu has a PhD in Computer Science from Ateneo de Manila University, an MS in Computer Science from Ateneo de Manila University, and a BS in Physics and a BS in Computer Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University. William also has a certification from ISACA in Certified Information Security Manager, a certification from ISC2 in Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and a certification from ISC2 in Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional. In addition, they have a certification from ISACA in Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control and a certification from Microsoft in Microsoft Certified Professional.

Their manager is Myla Villanueva, Co-Founder. They work with and Topher Cometa - COO.
