Aaron Cole

Aaron Cole is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management, ERP implementations, and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications and Business Intelligence at Novaria Group since July 2020, Aaron has successfully led the implementation of Epicor Kinetic ERP across six companies and automated data feeds to enhance decision-making. Prior roles include Manager of IT Operations at MiTek, where Aaron improved IT communication and efficiency, and IT Director at M & M Manufacturing Company, where a successful ERP migration was completed. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington, Aaron Cole has demonstrated a strong ability to standardize data processes while maintaining unique strategic advantages across various organizations.
