Monty W. Gillespie

Monty W. Gillespie has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Monty W. began their career at Alcoa, where they held positions such as Marketing Manager, Sales and Production Planning Leader, and Operations Manager. Monty W. later became the Plant Manager at Alcoa before joining The Accelerated Group as President. Currently, Gillespie serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Novaria Group and the President of Novaria Fastening Systems. Monty W. has also held the position of Executive Vice President of Programs and Contracts at Novaria Group. Throughout their career, Gillespie has demonstrated their expertise in operations management and leadership.

Monty W. Gillespie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Midwestern State University, specializing in Business/Commerce, General. Prior to obtaining their MBA, they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the same institution, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
