Manoj Batchu possesses extensive experience in strategic initiatives and integrated insights, currently serving as the Strategic Initiative Lead at Novartis since October 2013, with previous roles including Integrated Insights Manager, Manager, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Prior to Novartis, Manoj Batchu held the position of Business Analyst at GENPACT from June 2011 to October 2013 and worked as a Secondary Market Researcher at Logix Microsystems Ltd from June 2010 to June 2011. Manoj Batchu holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in ITES and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering, both degrees earned from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, between 2004 and 2009.
