Mohsen Cheraghi

Mohsen Cheraghi is a Senior Expert Data Scientist at Novartis since February 2022, specializing in data-driven approaches. Prior to this role, Cheraghi served as a Data Science Instructor at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne from September 2021 to February 2022 and worked as a Data Science Consultant at Wakfinance until February 2022. With extensive experience in statistical and physical modeling at EPFL from 2013 to 2019, Cheraghi has contributed to advanced mathematical modeling, multi-objective optimization, and sustainable landscape evolution. Cheraghi also held roles as a Teacher at EPFL and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Tehran. Additional experience includes visiting research at Hohai University, data analysis at MAPNA Group, and internship at Tehran Oil Refinery Co. Cheraghi holds a PhD in Sustainable Landscape Evolution and Water Resources Management from EPFL and two degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran.
