Pradeep K Madari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT Quality and Compliance Assurance. Since January 2020, Pradeep has served as Associate Director at Novartis, overseeing quality and compliance initiatives. Prior to this role, Pradeep spent nearly twelve years at IBM India Private Limited, where positions included IT Security and Compliance Manager, AIX SME, and Escalation Handling Lead. In these roles, Pradeep expertly managed compliance activities, provided risk assessment guidance to senior leaders, and ensured high levels of client satisfaction. Earlier experience includes technical support at HCL Technologies, where skills in troubleshooting and configuring internet connectivity were developed. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Arkay College of Engineering & Technology.
