Vatsal Acharya

Vatsal Acharya currently serves as the Head of Data Privacy Digital & AI for the Asia Aspiring Cluster within Novartis' India Commercial Business, a position held since July 2013. Acharya's extensive experience includes roles as Associate Director in Development Data Integrity, Global BCM & NEM, and Risk & Resilience, where responsibilities encompassed operational oversight, business continuity management, and strategic risk management across various global functions. Prior to Novartis, Acharya worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Pfizer, where project management and clinical trial oversight were primary focuses. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Clinical Research from ICRI and an ongoing Advanced Diploma in Cybersecurity & Data Protection Laws from NALSAR University, complemented by a Bachelor's in Zoology from St. Xavier's College.
