Brian Curtis

Brian Curtis has extensive experience in the automation and engineering sectors, currently serving as Society President of the International Society of Automation (ISA) since 2018, where leadership involves setting industry standards and providing professional development to over 30,000 members globally. Brian's roles within ISA also include President Elect - Secretary and District Vice President for District 12. In their current positions with Novartis and Veolia Energy, Brian functions as REFS Contract Manager and Operations Manager, respectively. Previous roles span positions at GE Healthcare, PACIV Europe, DPS Engineering and Construction, Eli Lilly, Fluor Daniel, Jacobs Engineering, and Irish Fertilisers Industries, showcasing a career that includes responsibilities in project management, business development, engineering management, and technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems. Brian holds an education from Munster Technological University.
