Chandresh Murti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and service operations, currently serving as the Global Head of Process Excellence & Frameworks Governance at Novartis since May 2017. Prior to this position, Chandresh held the role of Director of Service Operations at Wipro Technologies from January 2010 to April 2017, where responsibilities included project management in Java J2EE, SharePoint 2010, Flash, Flex, and iPhone applications. Chandresh also served as a Project Manager for E-learning at Netsmartz from March 2002 to January 2010, and began a career in academia as the Course Academic Head at Aptech Learning Services from January 2000 to March 2002. Educational qualifications include a degree in Mathematics from Rajasthan University, with earlier education at Hindu School in Sonipat from 1992 to 1996. Chandresh is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
