Jack Baron is a strategic, people-driven leader in global clinical trials with extensive experience in clinical operations. They served as the Director and Biosampling Business Area Leader at AstraZeneca from 2021 to 2025, as well as a Global Studies Manager and Biosample Operations Manager at Roche between 2017 and 2021. Their career began in laboratory research at PAREXEL from 2010 to 2013, followed by a role as a Biosample Operations Associate at Roche Pharmaceuticals from 2013 to 2014. Jack holds a First Class (Hons) degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Hertfordshire, earned in 2012, and is currently the Vendor Program Strategy Director at Novartis since 2025.
