Kara Adlington has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Pre-Launch Assets Cell & Gene Platform at Novartis since April 2012. Kara began the career as a Specialty Sales Representative in Ophthalmics at Novartis from October 2007 to October 2011.
