Mary Treacy

Mary Treacy has over 25 years of experience in the IT and technology sectors, currently serving as the VP and Global Head of Data, Digital & IT at Novartis since September 2004. In this role, Mary leads significant technology transformation initiatives and oversees relationships with various markets. Previous positions at Novartis include VP roles focused on Customer and Technology Solutions, IT Business Relationship Management, and IT End User Experience, supporting extensive teams and managing considerable organizational revenues. Prior to Novartis, Mary held leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Foods, and Nabisco, with a solid foundation in IT operations, call center management, and strategic technology implementation. Mary holds an M.S. in Pharmaceutical Management from Drexel University, an MBA in Computer Science from Iona University, and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Iona University.
