Matthew Baca

Matthew Baca has a diverse background with experience in the pharmaceutical industry as the Head of Site Operations at Novartis. Matthew has also held various leadership roles in manufacturing and operational excellence at Eli Lilly and Company. Prior to their pharmaceutical career, Matthew served in the US Army, where Matthew displayed strong leadership skills and expertise in operations and logistics. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University as well as degrees in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ashford University and Texas Tech University.
