Klein has held multiple senior positions within Novartis, including Global Head of Service Governance and M&A, overseeing governance functions and representing People & Organization CoEs in mergers and acquisitions. Previous experience includes roles at Credit Suisse as Vice President of Human Resources, Actelion as HR Director, and Syngenta Crop Protection in various HR leadership positions. Klein's extensive background in human resources is supported by a Dipl.-Betriebswirtin degree from DHBW Mannheim and an Abitur from Staatliches Gymnasium Lauterecken.
