Rosibel Bond is a finance leader with extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning across multiple companies, including Novartis and Sandoz. Currently serving as the Integrations and Separation Lead and Director of Funds Flow at Novartis Technology LLC, Rosibel is responsible for overseeing financial statements, implementing corporate integration projects, and managing the financial overview for various Novartis entities. Previously, Rosibel held key financial roles at Sandoz, leading financial planning and analysis for significant franchises, and managed corporate finance functions at Colgate-Palmolive. With an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting and Finance, Rosibel has a strong foundation in financial analysis, compliance, and business strategy.
