Rudy Cohen

Rudy Cohen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, currently serving as Vice President Global Head of Customer Strategy and Operations for Radio Ligand Therapy at Novartis since June 2019. In this role, Rudy leads initiatives focused on enhancing the cancer treatment experience through human-centered design and comprehensive customer support. Previous positions include overseeing omnichannel engagement strategies, strategic business transformations, and managing large teams at companies such as DKSH, Johnson & Johnson, and DePuy Synthes. Rudy holds multiple advanced degrees, including MBAs from HEC Paris and Columbia Business School, as well as a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
