Ryan Fandetti

Ryan Fandetti is currently working as a Sr. Human Factors Engineer at NovaSignal. Previously, Ryan has experience working as a Human Factors Research Assistant and Jr. Consultant in different companies. Ryan has a Master of Science in Human Factors from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Throughout Ryan's career, there has been a focus on conducting user testing for Human Factors research in compliance with FDA regulations, working on research projects for NASA Ames, and implementing usability-centered approaches to design.
